This historic home was renovated extensively. It was raised from it's crawl space foundation and a new basement was created with insulated concrete forms. The roof was removed and a post and beam roof was created. All of the windows and doors were replaced.

The main level floor was replaced with recycled wide plank southern pine. The kitchen was replaced with historic bead board cabinets and stainless steel countertops.
