THE MINTON RESIDENCE:

This historic residence of a Scandinavian-Alpine Arts and Crafts style was extensively renovated, along with a mudroom addition and a new guest house/garage.

A new kitchen was installed as well as an elevator to reach the renovated basement and all floors.

The windows were replaced & insulation added to make it more energy efficient. All the electrical was replaced and a new furnace was installed. Interior walls on the main level were opened up to provide natural light to the interior spaces.
