This historic residence was extensively renovated,
with a three story addition that doubled the square
footage. A rear family room opening to a new kitchen was
built with bedrooms and bath upstairs. A new mudroom
to the rear was added. A basement access door or
storm door was added for convenience.
The windows were replaced & insulation added to make it more energy efficient. A new furnace was installed and the basement finished. |
